Ottawa and Toronto teams will take Hwy. 401 west to interchange #278 at Kitchener. Follow Hwy 8 west through Kitchener, then join Hwy 7/8 west to Stratford. Once in Stratford, Hwy 7/8 becomes Ontario Street upon reaching the city limits. After the second set of lights (2 blocks) turn right on Queen St. and proceed to the river. Teams can unload at The Festival parking lot at the end of Queen St. on left side of street til 10 a.m.

For London teams, Hwy 7 becomes Erie St. once in Stratford. Keep going till you reach Ontario St. Turn right and at the second street past the third set of traffic lights turn left.  This should be Queen St.  Proceed straight to the river. Teams can unload at The Festival parking lot at the end of Queen St. on left side of street till 10 a.m.

All teams must check in at the registartion desk at the tent upon arriving with waivers signed and roster lists.

Setup Friday or early Saturday. Check in with Rotary Personnel on Friday for a place to setup.

YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL!  Cars will be ticketed/and/or towed if left onsight.  There is no onsite parking.

All streets will be closed and barricaded between Ontario St to Lakeside Drive and Nile St. to Queen St. on September 13 from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. No cars will be permitted access to this area unless you live in this area. If area residents have a concern, they are requested to contact The Stratford Police Department.

Sites can also be set up on Friday but teams are requested to check in with Rotary personnel before erecting your tent.

A shuttle service will be available from 7 a.m. until 7 pm on Sept. 13 for participants and spectators. The shuttle will run every 15 minutes from the Ontario St. parking lot of FAG. The FAG lot is located at 801 Ontario Street just past Zehrs.

Team participants are encouraged to arrive on sight well in advance of their scheduled races.

There will be a licensed beer/food area available open to all.

Food can be ordered in advance and delivered to your team area at a designated time.
