This is going to be an elegant and fun evening at the Arden Park Hotel. There will be five Scotch tastings (or as the experts call it, 'nosings')
and throughout the evening each Scotch selection is matched carefully to Scottish food selections. For those partners that do not yet appreciate the joys of Scotch,
red and white wine is offered too. Both the Scotches and wines have been carefully selected by experts. The evening will be directed by our Master of Ceremonies,
Michael Fox; he will guide us through a Highland and Lowland journey, including a reenactment of the secret "Addressing the Haggis Ceremony" , our own Bagpiper,
an auction of rare Scotches and an inside look from the Ambassador from Highland Park Distillary in the Orkney Islands.
In addition The Macleods Scottish Shops of Stratford are donating valuable Scottish items for auction.
This event is a fundraiser, with the vast majority of funds raised being spent on local projects. The Rotary Club of Stratford has recently committed to
help fund a Mental Health wing at the Stratford Hospital.
There is a limited number of tickets, as seating is planned for about 150 guests. Tickets are available at $75.00 each, this includes the scotch and wine tasting drinks
and an outstanding classic dinner featuring Scottish delicacies as well as gratuities and taxes.
Note: we ask that male guests wear a Jacket and Tie and certainly wear a kilt if you have one, and
we hope the ladies will bring out their finery.
Tickets will not be available at the door
